Week 9 was more than eventful, with some players having massive games, such as Joe Mixon having five touchdowns! A bunch of poor performances also parallelled this. Overall we had a solid week going 5-3.
Starts
Justin Fields - Predicted 18.9, Actual 42.72: Fields went nuclear this week, having over 180 rushing yards and setting records. He more than doubled his projection and had a fantastic week.
Michael Carter - Predicted 14.5, Actual 15.6: Carter did as expected and scored more than his projections. He is still the lead back, but Jrob is starting to take away more and more work.
Joshua Palmer - Predicted 15.2, Actual 18.6: Palmer had a great game attaining over 100 yards. He thrived without Keenan Allen and Mike Williams and should continue the current production with them out.
Isaiah Likely - Predicted 13.6, Actual 9.4: Likely disappointed despite Andrews being out. He did have a touchdown but no receptions besides that, with a few essential drops.
Sits
Tua Tagovailoa - Predicted 17.6, Actual 24.08: Tua thrived in a shootout with Justin Fields and proved our projections wrong. He is a top 8 fantasy QB from now on.
James Robinson - Predicted 8.2, Actual 13.3: Jrob had many more touches than expected and scored a touchdown. He is slowly gaining more carries and should keep a similar output as this week.
David Montgomery - Predicted 10.9, Actual 5.4: Monty did just as expected, scoring a few points in a game heavily influenced by passing. Justin Fields got all of the rushing work and made his touches count.
Hayden Hurst - Predicted 12.2, Actual 8.5: Hurst had a rough week this week, mainly due to Joe Mixon scoring an absurd amount of 5 touchdowns. Hurst is a plug-in-play Te going forward, but you should look for a better starter.
